Can you clean my clothes while I'm away on holiday?
Yes, we can offer:
- Extended storage
- Holiday cleaning packages
- Holding items until you return
- Delivery to a safe place or a neighbour
- Rescheduling your delivery slot to suit you
Do you offer a 24-hour service?
Yes. Orders collected before our 2pm cut-off can be back within 24 hours at no extra charge, as long as the garments are suitable for the 24-hour service. Some items need more time.
For a thorough clean, we recommend our three-day service, as some stains need two or more cleaning cycles to come out.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning methods?
Yes, we use environmentally friendly solvents.
How do you handle delicate or valuable items?
Delicate items receive:

- Careful inspection before and after cleaning
How often should I dry clean my suits and formal wear?
It depends on how often you wear them and where. As a guide, clean suits every 2 to 3 wears and formal wear after each use.
How safe is my stored data?
All data we collect is used and stored in line with current government guidelines.
What can I send for wash and fold, and what's the difference between standard and premium?
You can send day-to-day laundry that can go through a washing machine and tumble dryer, such as T-shirts, trousers, bedding and underwear. Items are washed at 30°C and tumble dried as standard, and pricing is based on the weight of your order. Ironing is not part of this service.
Please don't include items that can't be machine washed or tumble dried, anything marked dry-clean only, bath mats, duvets or other bulky items, shoes, pet beds or pet items, or flammable items including heavily greased fabric.
Standard wash and fold is a straightforward wash and fold service. Premium wash and fold uses premium detergents and a premium fold, giving your laundry a wardrobe ready finish. Just let us know at the time of booking if you'd like the premium option.

What's the difference between dry cleaning and regular washing?
Dry cleaning uses environmentally friendly solvents instead of water. It protects the fabric and prevents shrinking, so it is ideal for delicate items. Laundry uses water and detergent, and is ideal for everyday machine washable clothes.
