When your friend's first order goes out, tell your driver or a member of the team. That's what starts your credit.
We add your £5 by hand
Our team applies it manually, so give it a little time. Not shown up? Just tell us and we'll add it. From here, your 2% runs automatically.

Enter your friend's referral code
This is the code your friend shared with you. Type it into the "Invite / Promo Code" field on the sign-up form, above date of birth.
Book your first order
This is what starts everything. Make sure whoever referred you flags it to your driver or the team.

Our team applies your credit once that first order's processed. Hasn't shown up? Just let us know and we'll add it.
The part that keeps paying. Your 2% switches itself on
The two £5 credits are added by our team by hand. The 2% isn't: as long as your friend signed up with your code, our system credits you 2% of every order they place after their first. Nobody needs to tell us.

Where do I find my referral code?
In the Invite tab, or through the "Get Free Credits!" banner. Both appear in the app and the web booking tool once you're logged in.
How do I share it?
Tap Invite Friends from the Invite tab. You'll see your referral benefits and can share your code straight to social media, or copy it to send however you like.
How does my friend use the code?
They type the referral code you shared into the Invite / Promo Code field while creating their account, in the app or on the web booking tool. Nothing else to do on their end.
How do I get my £5?
Let your driver or a member of the team know once your friend's first order has gone out. Our team adds the £5 to your account by hand, so it isn't instant, but it will be added.
How does my friend get their £5?
The same way. Once their first order is processed, our team adds the £5 to their account.
What if the credit hasn't been added?
Just let us know. Both £5 credits are added by hand, so it's easy to check. Tell us and we'll add it to your account.
Is the 2% ongoing credit automatic?
Yes. As long as your friend signed up with your code, our system credits you 2% on every order they place after their first. You don't need to tell us each time.
