My Laundry Room
Two loads. Lights and darks, washed apart
We split every Wash & Fold bag into two loads, lights and darks, and wash each one separately to reduce the risk of colours running. Then everything is tumble dried and folded.

What's 6kg? About a week of clothes for one person
Here's what a typical 6kg bag might hold. It's a rough guide: denim and towels weigh more, T-shirts and underwear less.
- 3 pairs of jeans or trousers about 1.8kg
- 7 T-shirts or tops about 1.2kg
- 2 jumpers or hoodies about 1kg
- 7 sets of underwear and socks about 0.8kg

Because Wash & Fold is priced by weight, we wash the bag as it comes and don't go through items one by one.
Please check before you pack
We don't check the care label on each item in Wash & Fold: everything in the bag is machine washed and tumble dried. We always take good care of your laundry, but if an item is damaged because it wasn't suitable for this service, we can't be held responsible.

Flag known stains
Put stained items in their own bag and tell us or the driver. Stains are much easier to shift when treated before the wash.
